Refund Policy

Cozynic is committed to making your shopping experience a success.

You may cancel your order within the first 60 minutes after purchase. Cancellations will be processed as a refund within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

After 1 hour, cancellations are no longer guaranteed. If requested, our team will try to assist, but we are not obligated. In this case, you must receive the product and request a return under our return policy.

You have the right to request a refund or return the product within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused and in resalable condition for a refund.

We may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item, helping avoid additional shipping or customs fees.


Return Process

  1. Email support@cozynic.com with your order number and product photo.

  2. Once approved, we will send a return authorization number (RMA) and mailing info.

  3. Package the product securely and write the RMA number clearly on the parcel.

  4. Use a trackable and insured shipping service.

  5. Email the tracking number to support@cozynic.com.


Return Conditions

  • No refund requests are accepted after 30 calendar days.

  • No refunds before the item is delivered.

  • Shipping return costs are your responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds/changes begin once you provide a valid return tracking number.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging will not be accepted.

  • After confirmation, refunds may take 2–7 business days to reflect on your statement.
