Cozynic is committed to making your shopping experience a success.
You may cancel your order within the first 60 minutes after purchase. Cancellations will be processed as a refund within 5 business days, depending on your bank.
After 1 hour, cancellations are no longer guaranteed. If requested, our team will try to assist, but we are not obligated. In this case, you must receive the product and request a return under our return policy.
You have the right to request a refund or return the product within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused and in resalable condition for a refund.
We may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item, helping avoid additional shipping or customs fees.

Once approved, we will send a return authorization number (RMA) and mailing info.

Package the product securely and write the RMA number clearly on the parcel.

Use a trackable and insured shipping service.

No refund requests are accepted after 30 calendar days.
